Conrad Rafique

Clients benefit from Conrad’s significant experience in recruiting across roles in Financial Services and Consulting. He primarily focuses on Investment Management, a market that he has extensively searched to identify both emerging and existing talent. He has a background in management consulting & accountancy with 23 years experience of managing complex business change & finance functions.

Prior to FSR International, Conrad was a Principal Consultant with PwC’s Investment Management practice; and a Managing Consultant with Ernst & Young’s Performance Improvement practice. An ex-Finance Director, he was European Finance Business Partner with Kellogg’s and delivered Kellogg’s Euro programme. Further advisory assignments saw him working with companies such as Barclays Wealth, FDI and Mothercare. He combines this real-life experience to provide clients with a unique search & recruiting service.

During his career with PwC and EY, clients included:

• Axa - Finance function re-engineering
• L&G Investments - Operations transformation programme
