Programme Manager, Financial Services - Business Migration

We were asked by a leading retail bank and their consulting services provider to find 4 senior Programme Managers for a major Business Migration Programe. They were needed quickly as the programme was going off-track and the original benefits & deadlines of the programme were now at risk.

Within a three week period we managed to source and secure the services of four talented and experienced programme managers.
