Director, Client Operations - Private Bank

A leading Private Bank based in Switzerland was re-organising its senior Operational team following an acquisition. They required a Director of Client Operations to lead Client Service and manage a major systems migration at the same time.

We facilitated a detailed process to identify individuals who were multi-lingual and skilled in understanding product set up in different jurisdictions. From this initial long-list we worked with our client to identify a short-list that offered different options. After a rigorous selection process, a talented individual was hired and has made a significant impact in the planning and organising of the delivery of major change.
